yes i can name but jst bcz of doubt i dont want to point finger at someone. I was wondering how would u check if same person uses the forum and have multiple usernames but use it from different ips?

To create muliple IDs is sin on cssforum.Do not you know Glaring?Have you never gone through the cssforum rules and regulations?This is the first and foremost step to enter in any institution.You have blundered with the forum and violated the rules of forum.You should be harshly punished ban.I solemnly request to the Last Island the sole authority of this forum to ban you as soon as possible.Because,you must have made a lot of other IDs except these.Do not tolerate this member more.

dear, he has admitted that he did a mistake because he coudnt retrieve his account so he made another one. yOU Dont need to over react and its not sin .....
