PHP is a programming language used to create websites, like this forum has been developed in PHP programming language. The url you mentioned points towards the page "actions_inq.php" which has an error on line number 6. The programmer who coded this page has forgot to declare session_register() function. If something is not declared but is being used somewhere then it produces errors. Like "Call to undefined function" tells that programmer has used this function on line 6 of page "actions_inq.php" without declaring it first.

Mr. Mustansar (one of my favourite writer is also Mustansar Hussain Tarrar sb. ) & Quantum X, I really do not understand anything because its not my field at all. I was just filling out the form at one of the website whose link is

http://www.theschoolofwriting.org/inquiry.php

and this error popped up on a blank page. Further, I was also leaving the first field of form, that is phone number, blank. I am ages away from Web development.

I am not at all interested in learning the logic behind this error, I just want to drop a query at that website and unable to do so because of that error. I'll be really thankful for any help in order to lodge the query at that website.

@Ursala, yes i do remember and its just your humility that you don't consider yourself a height despite being a fruitful contributor to this forum.

pleading student demands some good explantion as there are so many blunders which are quite obvious in my work.Kindly pinpoint them.

Lastly,i worked on the assignment and alhamdollilah i got it.
Let me share you important thing:
1.listed tags whether utilized for first and second row creates out of space non aligned pattern problem, that's why my mentor has sublisted the third row category.

I really enjoy it and waiting anxiously for ma next slope.
