i want to prepare a thesis on packages of sms and call. for this i have to prepare a questionnaire and fill it through different source. kindly tell me any source from which i can get the form and also online method of submission of that form and how can see the submitted forms?

yar website tu teek hay by default french may hay leken english version bhe saath main dia gaya hay. you can bring it in english version by click english version on upper right side below the search field... teek!!!

yar i have checked my self.... its in both versions i.e in french and english
Try this on some other browser instead of internet explorer. try on opera or firefox etc....
