Default Best University for MPhil in Lahore
Which is the best University for MPhil in Lahore. I wanted to pursue MPhil from Punjab University but Punjab University only opens admissions once a year in August. Which is rather weird considering that they just announced their masters results. What kind of policy is this?

So anyhow, I would like to know what are my other options because every other university opens admissions twice, once for fall and once for spring.

Or is Punjab worth the wait or whatever? But then again Punjab only has 15 seats, so it's possible that I wait and not get admission..
