Default two degree as a time is banned

according to hec policies students cannot attain two degree as a time
whether you take your degree by one university or more then one as atime

but in some cases this rule not applicable

eg
you can get master degree from any university at the same time you do b.ed or m.ed by aiou

in my ideas in our country there is no check and balance system.
problem create only that time when you apply for a govt job and your both degree's having same year

if you show only one degree then no problem occured
according to my point of view

you should take two degree as a same time throw different universities but not show both degree as a same time

2ndly not take related degree as a time
eg law and pol science
otherwise you can take law and economics degree as a same time and after that use these degree according to necessary

What do you think, can you complete two independant degrees simultanously ? studying their sepearte courses, scheme of subjects, materials etc. Factually speaking one cannot, but we people just cram important questions to pass the exam for getting degree.

As far as HEC policies are concerned, one cannot register oneself in two independant degree programmes. You can confirm this by sending email to sasim@hec.gov.pk or aukhan@hec.gov.pk or tfarooq@hec.gov.pk

Nevertheless, there can be variations for private/external students.

@ hafiz ishtiaq 'in my ideas in our country there is no check and balance system.'' hafiz saab no one from foreign lands will come to develop check and balance systems, it is we people who have to create it... You see in Islam there is no check and balance by the state, it is to be developed by ourselves. we can do any wrong in loneliness, can manipulate files/resources/money etc. so simply putting all blames on system does not serve the purpose, lets build our country together....

It's legal. Most of my class fellows in M.Sc did B.Ed from open university alongwith their M.Sc.

It's a common practice here, I've seen. People often do diplomas( regular) n also use to do F.A or B.A from Open university at the same time.

These two educational institutions r independent of eachother so there is no clash.

But U cannot take addmission in two different courses in same institution.

Regards

I know, everyone does this practice in Pakistan. But my question was, whether is it legal or not? I guess this might be illegal.
