Hi all, I just had a query from anyone who has cleared MA Pol Sc. from Punjab University: What should be the average answer's length (in pages)? I know this might sound silly, but in all exams I've given (Matric, FSc, BA) my teachers told me to write as lengthy as possible to impress the ppl who check these things!

I've also chosen Pol Sc for CSS, so I think I CAN write to the point as well Should I write 'to the point' in MA exams as well? Or just expand my answers?

When a person is supposed to write in a paper, no matters it is CSS or any other one, he must keep in mind that whatever he is going to write, must be comprehensive. The more one writes,the more chances of mistakes are there but sometimes, but sometimes, the less he writes, the less marks he attains.

Expansion of ideas is a very good thing as it enables the checkers to know about your knowledge but hence, some teachers like to read quality piece of writings not quantity. Observe your teacher that what actually he is expecting from you. If your fail to, just ask from him/her.
