Same formula as which is used now for indigenous scholarship

Default Attention Czar !!!!
Well my CGPA 3.3 yields 69 % according to my university but same degree with same credit hours and CGPA yields different percentage for my friend studying at another university ...... so how HEC or other universities manage these ambiguities ????????????????????

Thats why HEC has given this formula to calculate score. Some universities prcentage depends upon the marks while CGPA is entirely different thing. For example in my MS I got 3.94 CGPA but my marks percentage is 85%. According to HEC Academic formula, my score remains same in both tables (i-e. CGPA and percentage tables).

Default Semester and term system?
salam . please seniors help me finding the HEC notification for Semester and term system marks formula. i have applied in QAU in MBA as i have secured 85 percent marks in term system, but i failed to get admission because another guy was on merit with percentage of 89 , and he converted it , while i didnt. please help me out with this
