Default Is it legal to get a private and regular degree from two different universties?

I have cleared my intermediate and going for Mehran University Of Sindh. Its entrance test is on 14th October. And, I want to do a private B.A from Sindh university along with my BE from Mehran.

Is it legal?

If the issue of migration is not involved then legally there is no harm in it. However, if you have migrated to Mehran University from your Board of Intermediate for the purpose of B.E then legally you cannot acquire degree from Sindh University. Anyhow, off the record you may obtain private B.A Degree.

Issue of migration?
Means, simultaneously I cannot?

Many of my friends are doing same. If I do so, will it make problem in CSS?

I want to give CSS as soon as possible and want to secure my future through BE.

Hmmm! What do you say?

And, I think, migration certificate will not be required.

I said if the issue of migration is not involved, in your case and most probably its not in your case because both of the Institutions belongs to your province. I've seen many people doing MBBS or B.E, in the meanwhile, obtain private B.A degree and appear in CSS/PCS Exams.

I hope your private B.A degree will not be a problem for you. Go ahead with your plans. May Allah give you success.

Yes you can do both simultaneosly. Because you can see there are a lot of CSPs who have qualified their CSS during their academic studies in MBBS or BE. and also have done privately BA. And They have got their allocation on the basis of BA.

Source: I have read this a lot of time in Jahangir Magazine.......

You can search it out of jahangir magazine of 2010 and 2011.......

Thanks........
