Post Query Regarding B.A Sociology
I have to appear privately for B.A Sociology (Elective) from Punjab University in 2013. I have read and made notes from the Taga book that everyone seems to be studying from.

My question is regarding the New Course and Old Course. If anyone knows what changes have been made in the New Course, please do let me know. I am confused about the syllabus as I have opted to appear in Old Course.

Also, is this New, Old Course issue a problem with every subject?

I will be much obliged to anyone with any sort of information.

Hey mate i have also opted sociology but as a optional .I don't know what they implied by new and old syllabus, but i opted new syllabus.

Hey Sapphireg.

I confirmed from PU regarding old andnew syllabus. No difference especially if you are taking it as an optional. I checked your profile. You have literature too? Me too. If you have any questions regarding Literature Elective, please dont hesitate to ask. For more guidance on Sociology, I recommend checking online the definations of different terms, their meanings and examples. Taga book alone does not suffice.

Also, what is your second optional?
