Salam, Which University is best for doing B.ed in Sindh AIOU or Sindh University or any ohter Federal University or institute? which is offering Distance Learning program....

IBA Sukkur is a renowned institute for the said B.Ed degree in Sind province. Uni. of Karachi, Federal urdu Uni, Preston Uni are some other renowned ones.
But if you ask for Distance Learning, it's better to opt AIOU. But you may contact Federal Urdu University if it is offering Distance course for B.Ed. If yes, you may join it.

IBA sukkur offers B.ed (Hons) four years program, i will suggest you shah abdul latif university.
