For MBA, I would give preference to the following universities as:

1. LUMS (if it offered MBA program, I am not sure)
2. Quaid-e-Azam university
3. IBA (Karachi)
4. IoBM/Szabist (Karachi)

LUMS offers both MBA and Executive MBA. Regular MBA from LUMS has not only market value but it is also largely rigorous, money consuming and the entry to the program is very competitive. You may pass the exam (in order to cope with the international standards, now it requires GMAT as entrance test) but in order to get selected, you have to prove to the panel that your experience and knowledge are adequate and that you will survive the program. If you can afford, it is probably the best MBA in Pakistan.

I would rank IBA at the 2nd place due to its market links and placement opportunities. In Karachi, the MBA of IBA should be getting attractive job positions.

You might not know about this but let me tell you, Karachi School of business and Leadership or KSBL Karachi is about to become one of the leading business schools of Pakistan. KSBL has attracted and acquired the best possible faculty from national and international arena. Many professors from LUMS and IBA preferred KSBL because their families were based in Karachi. The university is currently positioning itself to be the direct competitor of LUMS and in order to strengthen its position, it will personally make sure that the placement rate of MBA is 100% (for its first 5 years). Hence, it is also a good (and also expansive) option.

I would again prefer IOBM/Szabist over QAU because of the presence of its alumni in the corporate sector.

At last, always keep in mind two factors.
What exposure do you get to the market while doing MBA?
And where are the alumni of the institution?
These two factors will define the value of your MBA.

Do you make any fresh contacts while doing MBA? If you do, what is the distribution of the contacts?
During the course of your MBA, is there any chance that you will be able to interact with the corporate sector (Via projects, internships, faculty, university or any other channel). For example, certain universities in Pakistan have compulsory internships. Consequently, the placement offices offer MBA candidates these position in top companies. Consider the situation with another candidate who has to manually search for them. A 'placed' internee from LUMS, IBA, KSBL or any other business school is bound to create extensive contacts in comparison to the one who has to search for them. And, yes, these contacts will certainly be useful once you complete your degree.
Do the market participant’s constitute the alumni of your university? The presence of extensive alumni network will certainly enhance your capability to interact with them during the course of your degree.

Right now, the private sector of Pakistan is cruel to the next level. All positions are mostly filled via 'references'. The market exposure is all about creating, managing and growing your reference base.
