umm no not exactly. hinduism is an absorptive religion ,so to say, cuz it has been accepting and not rebelling much rather molding the other traditions that it has encountered with. so it doesnt has to have a founder. 2ndly many scholars believe that its deep teachings how some signs of revelation so may be the rishis were the prophets which we muslims arent aware of. in the light of 2nd statement one can comment that it might have some connection with the time of moses however the sacred text do not reckon it nor they provide any evidence-may it be textual- of any founder or specific origin.
just to make you clear it is a totally concept based religion which focuses more on concepts-logical or illogical- than the historical facts. if you meet the hindus they arenot likely to talk over the facts or the origins but they tend to make you understand what is the theme behind the worship that envelops their lives.
hope it satisfies you.

Islam was not founded in 622 AD, nor was it founded by Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).... This is among very basic concepts of religion of Islam.

According to the teachings, Islam is the religion of the first Messenger of Allah Adam(A.S.) as well as the religion of last Prophet of Allah, Mohammad (PBUH) and of all those Messengers (A.S.) who came in-between. Allah SWT has reffered to Muslims as Milat-e-Ibrahimi in the Holy Quran.

Here are a few verses from the Holy Quran, among many related to this issue.
Quote:
(Al-Baqrah: 135)
And they say , "Be Jews or Christians, then you will be guided." Say (to them O Muhammad), "Nay, only the religion of Ibrrahim Hanifa (to worship none but Allah), and he was not of Al-Mushrikun".
Quote:
(Al-Baqarah: 136)
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to Ibrahim, Ismail, Ishaq,Yaqub and to Al-Asbat (the offsprings of twelve sons of Yaqub) and that which has been given to Musa and Isa and that which has been given to the Prophets from their Lord.
One needs to be really careful while citing anything about Islam because there is a lot of stuff published by non-muslims on internet. When all other posts should be from authetic sources the posts about Islam must be from authentic Islamic sources.

Islam is not 1400 years old since;
Na tha kuch to Khuda tha...

Default thaks for the correction may Allah bless you

i agree with you bushra. just to add -we should also be very carefull while using the web information which usually lack source full knowledge.on the other hand if we use the word "revealed through" instead of "founder" and "revealed in" at the place of "founded" in arabia- that will correct all the concepts. also even jews and christians dont use it but in my opinion we should use "revealed through Moses(AS)" for Judaism as we believe the revelation as the corner stone of our religious journey.
