Hi there,
Personality development is one of my favorite topics. Not all educated and highly qualified people have strong personalities.
There are many great features of personality among which good communication skill is the outstanding one.
Nobody among us keeps his degrees with him/her. The first and foremost thing that defines one and is the true recognition of his personality is the tongue (language).
I have seen many authoritative persons poor in language use, show a lack of communication skills.

So one must enhance one's communication skills.
