Waqar bhai,
You should continue your work,we are getting alot of knowledge as well as encouragement by watching such kinds of interviews here in this forum
and as far Minahil shah's comments are concerned, she might have found css as a joke. anyhow, keep it up dear

She might have expected a formal interview, but when are CSS aspirants found formal while preparing for exam? They are often found in rough and tuff style. She might have considered their relaxed, and casual style as a kidding posture. Quality of the interviews is not a big issue but initiating this idea is really interesting and impressive. We have rarely come across CSS aspirants interviews so easily.

I am really disappointed to see such comments by minahil shah, instead of criticizing. she should have encouraged it. sorry to say, I really don't: what she was thinking while such writing such comments, which have no sense at all.

if you have any suggestions for taking interviews, please discuss irrespective of putting such dogmatic statements.

many thanks

Regards,
Naveesh.

@ Waqar Abro,

Though i cant see these videos for the time being (they wont open, saying some shock player error) but I like this idea very much. This is quite innovative and i can imagine how helpful it would be to some extent to have a relief from a stress prior exam/interview. Keep up the good work.

Regards.
SS

Thanks.
@Waqar. Positive move. Keep it up. There should be more interviews.
Dear Aariz ,Bundle of thanks for giving us a feed back as well as a good interview in which you have brilliantly thrown light over your attempted essay in 2010 (Dialogue is the best course to combat terrorism).

@Minahil: We dont work in any media company so that we could conduct interview in a lush decorated studio and we are not trained anchors/correspondents. It is our (Waqar, Mudasir, Aariz, Masood, Sajjad, Abdullah) own effort to highlight the problems faced by the candidates.

@Waqar: After 20th June, we will record a shot on HOW TO ATTEMPT AN ESSAY and other useful topics. Interviews are sufficient now. We must conduct an interview from a woman.

@ Wqar Abro
Its really good idea to share views of css aspirants. Good initiative...I want to give you one suggestion if you like i-e to conduct interviews of different css aspirants on one topic for example:

How to attempt Essay paper?

Why candidates failed in css? (from experienced css aspirants, who passed in 2nd or 3rd attempt)

High scoring and low scoring myth (specifically Urdu)

Is academy necessary or self study is enough?
Although these topics have been discussed on forum but it wud be pleasure to listen views of a css aspirant in video form.

Regards,
