No offence intended
An old man wearing a "dhoti" n bunyan is sitting on a manji(cot) in midst of his courtyard,
takes a deep breath,
holds the bundle of papers,that is becoming heavier with every passing year.
mutters something



bounce the bundle in the air,
some papers fall on the ground and,
a few lucky ones manage to fall on the "manji"
with his skinny hands the old man collect the papers
n arrange them into bundles,he tries to HONEST as far as possible in keeping the bundles apart.
Actully while bouncing the bundle in the air
he has decided that all the candidates whose papers will fall on the mysterious "manji" will pass the exam and
the unfortunate fellows whose papers fell on the floor will have to face failour




this is the way papers of CSS are checked.
