please explain these verses from naat un ki nazar men jab se main hoon...

tu shair hai naat e nabi ka wa'aiz ban kar bat na kar
khizar se rast pooch ke chalna deewanon ka kam nahin

i will be very thankful to whoever explains these verse to me...
