2. Do only one change at a time.
3. Be present and enjoy the activity (don’t focus on results).
4. Be grateful for every step you take.

Most of the people focus on the result so much that a severe stress is generated in them which causes low quality performance. If you keep moving steadily in the right direction with an optimistic state of mind, one is bound to reach the desired goal.
