lol only the Saudis know what they believe, to be honest.... I mean, some Saudi scholars say that a woman should only expose one eye in public... can you imagine that?

As for building mausoleums, speaking from a purely Sunni perspective, there is, generally speaking, evidence from Quranic interpretation and Ahadith that it's not allowed.
