Default Complaint agains FPSC and FBR

All those brothers and sisters who are felling bad about FPSC advertisement regarding Intelligence Inspector FBR/Customs as they have clearly said NO to all those aspirants who hold Graduation degree with social sciences or other subjects which are not considered good enough by FBR and FPSC to qualify for the desired criteria.

I have an uncle who is a retired CSP officer. Her retired as member customs.
He is highly shocked by the discrimination done by FPSC and FBR by not letting simple B.A graduate to compete for these posts. He said that if Pakistan premium competitive exam ( CSS ) can be taken by a simple B.A degree holder then WTH he can not be eligible to compete for BPS 16 posts. Also, from his personal knowledge and experience there is nothing special in these posts that a B.A degree can not do justice with them.

He is asking me to write a complaint to Federal Mohtasib to have a notice on this discrimination and give fair chance to all the candidates to compete for these posts.

Brother, I want to write a complaint too against FPSC. It seems FBR/FPSC is not an equal opportunity employer, it can be challenged any time, any day, in any relevant court of law. I want to raise voice against the height discrimination in the posts. Only graduate should have been the requirement, like Civil Superior Services examination has and height should been the same as CSS rules provide, considering the average height of Pakistanis, including those from the rural areas, because of malnourishment, all thanks to the lack of government aid/subsidies/supplies.

Nothing is going to happen with your complaint.
FPSC is not a common instittue you are complaining against. All decisions regarding advertisement and job placement are done by FPSC with strong policy matters.

Writ in Supreme Court can bring fruitful results if PMS age can be changed by court then why it's not FBR chairman should be challenged and made FPSC to stop this recruitment process as far as BA is not made qualification

Dear aspirants.
there have been several meetings on selection criteria along with stakeholders.
you can not change the decision. in olden days, only BA was required to appear in such exam.
FPSC has to check and control the strength. it can not check 2 lakh papers. so it restricted the criteria.

It's strange PPSC can give 1lak 75 lectures then why FPSC cannot as it is federal department and my dear it FBR that chooses the qualification not FPSC
