I want know about every minute detail of cadre change from a BS-16 post (permanent job after probation) to another BS-16 post in another department in same federal government. Moreover, one is eligible for direct appointment to both posts having required qualification.
If anyone from from you can contribute towards following question I would be greatly greatly thankful.
1. Is cadre change in federal government considered legal or it is ill-legal or is in in between both?
2. Who is authorised in federal government to change cadre in BS-16?
3. What laws, rules and order and their particular sections can be applied for cadre change?
4. Is cadre change revocable due to any restriction or it is permanent and immune to axe of court?
5. Is there a probation of 1 year after cadre change?

P.S: I know political links are required, but assuming one can approach so what is its process and whom is to be approached?
