Default Equivalency in BS & SPS Pay Scales ???

Respected Moderators,

Can some one please elaborate SPS pay scale equal to that of common BS scale like 16, 17 & on wards here...

and what is difference between both services.

sps 7 equals to bps 16 sps 8 equals to bps 17 and so on...
sps adopted by strategic organizations working on special kind of works and projects like atomic energy commission,krl,nescon,ndc,spd etc...

difference between sps and bps is that pay of sps is more than bps...
starting pay of sps 7 is about 50,000 and sps 8 is 60,000...
