What does PC-1 stand for?

I know what it is for, so no long explanations needed, just wondering what the abbreviation stands for.

project cycle-1 is also the compound word for which PC-I is used. As all know that project has different stages, therefore, PC-II is for Pre start phase of feasibility stage then PC-III is for progress, PC-IVfor completion, PC-V for evaluation stage of Project.
