Hello !
Dear someone(probably from Balochistan) would you be so kind please to let me know about the following queries !

1. What are the responsibilities of a Tehsildar?
2. What perks and privileges do a newly appointed Tehsildar drives?
3. After how many years of service a Tehsildar gets promotion?
4. How would you please compare A.C(PCS) and A.C(Tehsildar after promotion)
5. A Tehsildar becomes A.C after getting promoted?

Reply ASAP:
1. Revenue generation is its basic function along with several others like property, fields inspection etc

2. no perks and privileges but lot of respect

3. minimum 10--12 years but it depends on availability of seats as well.. In kpk I have heard tehsildars are promoted in 4-5 years.

4. no difference once you are in bs 17. tehsildar enjoys an upper hand over AC owing to his experiance in the field work.

5. AC, SO an APA .. depends on availability of seat.
