hello members could any one provide any government rules regarding Stenotypist job description in Federal Government.

Its quite simple if someone have good grip on shorthand writing. Suppose, you are recruited as stenotypist in court. You job will be as follows:
Honorable judge will dictate you in English and you have to write that dictation in shorthand very quickly. After that you will type it on computer by translating same in English. Take the print and handover to the judge.
