I would like to share some thoughts.

I know CSS exam is very difficult and It requires a lot of dedication and effort but as it seems candidates only do all this preparation and effort to do corruption. As they know job maybe of 17th Grade but black money we will earn is lot more than that. Why our students think like that? And why our country is growing in corruption?

Can you please provide your source of information? Passing the judgment like this is obviously a research-oriented activity, so how many CSS candidates have you evaluated ?

Basically the deprived miserable class or section of society mostly mediocres fancy trying luck for the prestigious exams and get lucky sometime are to be blamed. Not blaming all but a major part of civil servants have been providing inadequate services to the political elites totally submitting their ZAMEER for the sake of power and money. British copied system and the British way of tackling the colonies under imperialism is still adapted by the best civil servants of the world. There are no privileges to the orphans , disabled and deprived areas people. Tax payers money is being spent on the rapid transport systems instead of industrialisation of the cities ,building of health services like NHS in UK, standardised equal education system, promotion of creativity and innovation, research and development etc. etc.
Preference of dear relatives and friends as well as their own social circle has become menace of the nobles and clergy of almost all organisations working in dear PAKISTAN. This MUNAFIK approach will definitely have karma waiting for them in near or distant future.
Can a common man's concerns be approached to the higher ups who r so busy in their world of ecstasy dreams and power that they just multiply the common man's voice by ZERO equalling ZERO.
It's true that a french revolution is immensely desirous in the context of dear PAKISTAN.
Nobles and clergy should mend their ways and look to serve the best interests of common men and country despite of providing personal nuru massage services to the elites unless it would be too late and someone mental like ** will be thinking of a reciprocal sociopolitical system to be implemented in the best possible manner with force and devotion for the best interest of dear PAKISTAN.
So please elites forget your past sense of deprivation that is running in your blood and has become your second nature. Leave that munafik approach to serve self and masters interests , don't look busy but do something for dear PAKISTAN.

It is not secret. Everyone knows that CSS officers are most corrupt people of Pakistan. Do you think that people will spend their 4-5 years just for govt job of 50000? For further information you can see international organizations reports on corruption in Pakistan. Like transparency international. Irony is that Anti-corruption department whose sole purpose is to remove corruption, Itself is involved in corruption.

Sir, if it's not secret, why don't you mention the exact references/shreds of evidence?
My friend, It's not only 50,000, please go through with detailed CSP perks & packages. One of my friend from DMG got accommodation in GOR-II, means he 'll stay in a house of value around 4 Crores until 60 years of age. It's just an example, you can evaluate the rest of perks & facilities.
Reports of International Organizations on Corruption of Pakistan? Now, you are mixing the different issues: Corruption of Pakistan means all Pakistanis i.e. shopkeeper, banker, lawyer, labor, etc. not only CSPs... Whereas, we were discussing only the corruption in CSPs.
And, everybody has the chances of corruption whether it's CSP officer, a fruit seller, Banker, Doctor, Teacher etc.
Corruption is related to Person not Profession. I believe, if a private company's employee using personal WhatsApp or Facebook during office hours, it is also corruption and equally worst to the corruption of a CSP.

A Question: If you are a CSP, would you do the Corruption or Not?
