E-Government & Dawn Leaks:
Thank You Twitter/Facebook for helping Pakistan in adopting E-Govt. State business from issuance of any notification to rejection of the same is being done with help of Social Media. Sooner or later State Institution will be able to tag each other & poke as well. e.g
"Punjab Govt feeling relaxed with Turkey Metro Bus Authorities & 5 others at CM Office Lahore." "Military Authorities feeling angry with PM Office & 3 others at GHQ". "Public (except PMLN voters) demanding Electricity with Water & Power Ministry & 4 others at D Chowk". Today's Dawn Leaks notification followed by abrupt rejection is a glaring example of this E-Governance & Public is taking interest at large in this module. Cyril, Dawn and all others should be inquired as per law but I would like to ask that whether this Open & Internationally visible rejection on social media is as per law? Isn't this rejection telling us that We will never have a Constitutionally empowered PM, come what may? All this remind me of Milton,s Paradise Lost. "What though field be lost? All is not lost. The unconquerable will." We only need a will to settle our problems & not Score with each other. Culprits should be dealt according to law without humiliating sanctity of any office otherwise Leaks will continuously be there resulting in more restless situation. |
