Friend. I have also keenly observed this more talking. I want to add, those who talk mostly are psychologically stressed and they feel lonely from core inside, It gives them relaxation and mind diversion. You may ask any such a person to keep quiet and soon you would find him lost in some kind of ideas physically present but mentally absent because now their mind starts thinking about something bad, sad, guilt, and unsuccessfulness.

My friend please don't judge people how they appears try to look deep into their hearts. Believe me you will find above mentioned reasons in their life.
and never say stop talking directly to this type of person they may not react on the spot but they are very hurt and you add misery to their already stresed mind.

Last thing. Everyone has some faults and no one's behavior is perfect so plz learn to increase tolerance and avoid finding faults rather go along with these people and live happy life.
