Assalamliakum all members.

I am here by requesting all my members and particularly senior members(Raz,crown,etc..) i am in tuff and full state of tension,coz of selecting my career for the time being in (Pakistan Job at Bank islami, and Afghanistan ).

Actually i have cleared the test of Bank islami and then went for interview which was also gone superb!!!!!.infact i am very hopeful to here good news frm bank islami soon untill 15 To 18 MAY, but here i have got a job at Afghanistan and the have told me that get ready before 15 MAY for Kabul.

Consequently,friends now tell what to do either i should leave Afghanistan job at the expense of bank islami job or if i leave Afghanistan job and wont get appoinment letter frm Bank islami so then i will be left with nothing except clapping


NOTE.Need serious and quick responce frm members,coz i am in short of time..

BankIslami is not a good option to work with but same is the case with Afghanistan. Try to extract confirmed news from BankIslami and then decide about your future plan. You didn't mention the nature of both the jobs. Knowledge of job descriptions and packages could simplify our decision making.

Actually,i have applied for the post of trainee officer (OG3)in bank islami.sir Bank islami has shown me very good and cooperative responce in interview and told me about my partial selection and then the authorities told me wait for appointment letter until 15 may.My training stipend is 12000 in bank islami and then will extend after training session.

And in Afghanistan i have been selected for lecturership and thier salary offering is 800 us dollors and will extend very soon upto 1000 dollors.

Personally, I don’t wish to serve in Afghanistan due to its insecure environment. If you are comfortable with that environment then there is no harm in joining lectureship. Besides, there might not be bond requirement in lectureship. You may switch easily from lectureship if you succeed to receive a better opportunity afterwards.

Raz has replied well to your query. It is really difficult to decide in such a state. Situation of Afghanistan is not stable and I know some people who preferred to work there because they pay well. If you want to be strong economically then Afghanistan is a good option. By the way law and order situation in our country is also not less than Afghanistan.
