Thumbs up Lack of Civic sense in Pakistan
AoA dear members
I need your valuable comments on "Lack of Civic sense in Pakistan".
We as citizens have certain duties and resposibilities upon our shoulders but we do not fulfil those. Most of us throw garbage,wrappers etc wherever they want, do not turn off the lights in day time outside their gates, steal the electricity and do not pay the bills, break the traffic rules and all that stuff. And then we do not scrupple to blame and criticize the state for not delivering to us. Your comments are needed. Plz contribute.
