Default IAS vs CSS

It is really honor for those who have been preparing for "CSS" by burning in the midnight oil,by burning their boats to pass the exam because our neighbor country which is rocking at the world level,is holding very easy competitive exams.
past Papers of Indian civil service are nothing as compared to CSS.

Take a look at the following links :
Essay :
http://iasplanner.blogspot.com/2010/...-question.html

English :

Indian history :

Political science :

These papers are nothing in front of css aspirants yet we think that bureaucratic system of India is better than our country.
Measure the standard of "spelling bees "of both nations.
Despite of that,we are considered among most corrupt and volatile nations.
To say nothing of,our education sector is much poor as compared to India and bad governance is also delivered more to us,why?

Best Regards,

Dear Waqar. I have gone through the Indian Civil Service's papers, are easier than CSS's essay and composition papers.
Regarding your point towards Pakistan's bureaucracy's performance; it has been educated and well trained but involved in corruption. On the other hand, Indian Bureaucracy is less corrupted and our neighboring country has better accountability system than us.
Lets compare today's bureaucracy and 1950's bureaucracy. 50's bureaucracy used to be selected via only interviews and it was sincere to its work. On the contrary, today's Babu's :P are educated, well trained but are main hardliner in the game of corruption. Remeber, Corruption leads to distortion in a system and when the system is distorted, the output will not be up to the mark.

"Corruption is the mother of all crimes"
Its really tender for all of us that despite of being well educated our bureaucrats are reckoned as puppets of politicians,is showing clearly that efficiency does not fall in education category.
First and foremost,One has to understand why our bureaucrats are turning their attention towards above mentioned chronic disease which creates more hurdles than epidemic does and becomes perpetual though.
Moreover,Politicians are blind without the assistance of our "Wallahs" and it is none but big fishes of bureaucracy who let politicians know how to loot wealth of our unstable nation.

Regards
