I doubt your information.Are you sure that test was conducted on 1st August 2011?
If my memory serves me right ,then written test was conducted in somewhere start of July.PPSC surely would have conducted viva voce for said post as well.However,PPSC didn't upload the written result on its web.

test was conducted 2nd july. ppsc uploaded final result onhis webside
