Unhappy Emotionally instable

dear fellas,

I am facing severe emotional instability and imbalance these days and I cannot focus on my studies and my mind is stuck. I know when at this very hot time, everyone is busy preparing, I would sound weirdo! But I am not able to concentrate not only studies but anything. I have no channel where I can get guidance, but forum has a lot of brilliant members who can help me in this situation!

Default Nothing to get worried about!!

@xaara

If this emotional state is due to approaching CSS exams, it's a healthy thing then...!

Most of the candidates normally feel anxiety at this juncture of time. This anxiety makes many candidates believe that they are not poised to take exams despite having good preparation. This is unfortunate, imprudent and immature approach.

The real test of a CSS aspirant lies in emerging out of this emotional state. Be bold, brave and determined. Muster your courage to face the challenge. Don't get embroiled in thinking if you can pass or not. Just rise for unstable state and work hard. Leave rest on providence.

No this is not due to CSS exam. This pressure is due to my personal emotional imbalance.

Offer prayers five times a day & pray to ALLAH for mental relief.
Try to concentrate on some healthy activities rather then such things which destroys mind or make it busy in extra thoughts.

Default Confusions in mind are

Confusions in mind are the primary reasons of emotional instability ,and not to accept any reality is secondary reason. so probably there must be confusions in your mind regarding any thing so it is better to recognize it and figure out the reasons.
If you feel that you really don't know for why and what it is then let it go, and it is better to ignore it. For to ignore it, do that thing for which your mind is always ready, and let it occupy your mind, when it is done then reverse back it and try to do things as you were doing.
try it .

If its due to Exam. Then its perfectly normal. We all have experienced it including all those Csps, now in bureaucracy. What you ought to do is to remain calm and let the nerves test you. Be very much resistive and don't try to overhaul the books because CSS is more about analytical, logical, technical skills then making your bad material bag. I witnessed many aspirants who read too much that they became so restless ultimately resulting into a total chaos for them. So take it very normal if it is CSS Exam Anxiety.

Well, if it is something of normal nature, like casual frustration or imbalance then the cure lies in healthy discussion with calm and sensible people around you and by sharing with them. Or in case you need the biggest tip then none other than 5 TIMES NAMAZ is the key to your questions.....
Though shortage of concentration, disappointment regarding life in general, and emotional imbalances. We reside in a difficult society where activities occur really swiftly and we need to be capable to function at higher levels. Compare our lives to the slower paced planet of one hundred years ago and it’s easy to see why quite a few individuals really feel emotionally unbalanced.

Don't worry every thing will be fine soon. I have been through same sate of mind I know how difficult it is to tackle this problem, as on one side u have ur dreams and on the other side ur sentiments .
Just sit in a dark and silent room , think about ur problem , concentrate on ur dreams , think about those who loved u, who trust u and ur abilities. Just make a promise with yourself that u will not disappoint them who love u , u will show ur potential with this believe that Allah is with u , and he never disappoints any1 who calls him from the core of heart.
Switch on the light then , open ur eyes slowly, absorb the light in ur eyes , in ur heart ...it's the light of hope and determination. Just smile and say 'Allah Mian now my case is in ur hand, i will do my best and i m leaving everything on u" After this don't think about ur problem and just try to give ur best ok

Say ur prayers regularly , u will feel inner satisfaction. Recite Ya Rhmano , Ya Rahim whenever u get time . Inshallah u will feel better !
