Young entrepreneurs are never encouraged in our society when they are intending to start with small capital, but there are certain options available to earn good sum of money, some are useful for the economy and others work for individuals.

Starting a private school: NO matter how many schools you have in that area, a new school with unique name and features will give you good return on investment, recently with 3 months research my friend started a school on a rented building with investment of 1 million (furniture, advertising banners, painting and equipment). School caters only students from Nursery to class 8. With 150 students admission in first month he is earning!

In the evening you can run a tuition center or rent the same building to some other tuition center management to get the benefit of furniture and already setup classes.

Other Business including
: Go visit stalls at bachat bazaars in your area, e.g. Sunday Market at DHA or at Gulshan Karachi, you will see new items, crockery, handmade things, unique decoration pieces, dresses. By making good links with the supplier or the person who is making these things, you can start a good gift shop of those things at any reputed shopping mall in posh area, this way those poor workers who are making these things will get good rate of their hard work and you can sell those pieces on higher prices to urban buyers.
If you got investment you can setup a small workshop and employ those poor skilled workers who are good at embroidery, handmade purses, gift items, crockery, wall-hangings, etc etc. You can get good return of those things by making at your place, setup a brand name and sell those things to other gift shops in your city.

Setting up a garment brand/store: Like StoneAge, and some other local brands are really famous these days, They started from nothing but they are quite big within years, you can order 1000 jeans of different size from local manufacturer with promise of good quality and you can label them with your brand, sell them at your store and get good profit.

All these things are practical but require a good study.

Regards,
