ok now u mentioned that the watch cost 1000 atmost i agree with this but if u read that carefully that if u bring 2 members than u will cover that fee amount (watch+first commission),

yes they havent addressed at their site but one of the premises of GMI, is situated at Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Blk#4(which is sealed due to some political reason) whereas some of the premises are situated in North Karachi, Landhi and Korangi but rite now i donot have the exact address of these locations...

as i posted it earlier that i m not the member of this GMI, if u will attend their session they will give you all the answers in all aspects...in islamic way too....rite now i dont remember what my uncle said to me but if i can recalled it or if i got in touch with my uncle, i will let u know how they prove it Halaal, but i do remember that they have taken Fatwa in proving this Halaal....other than that Allah knows Better........

I agree that it'z a superb idea of someone but there is no dought about its credibility in Islamic perspective. We may have a debating session but it would be just for knowledge of others or else I don't consider this topic worthy to be debated.
It is against Islam and whatever your uncle gave in justification, it'z wrong. Every one has a justification of his deeds but Islam is not a religion of justification, we can justify presence of one Allah Almighty but we have no need as we believe in Allah without justification, we obey all commands without justification. So what are orders of Islam we 'll have to accept those as it is.
Just visit any cleric in the mosque where you offer your prayers and as him about the business of commission shops where one sales other's goods without buying it. There is a detail in it and one can slip due to little things but I hope if he would have concrete knowledge about Islamic business he 'll surely guide you in detail about it.
