How to write acrticles for a newspaper? I mean whom and how to contact the management. what is the procedure in this sector.

when you visit the website of the concerned newspaper, there are contacts given in Contact Us area, if you see the dawn newspaper there are section wise contact ids are given send your material to those ids, if they think that your article is worth publishing than they will definitely publish it, mention your original contact details in the mail.
