Captain Wasi Hassan and other Pakistanis were kidnapped by Somali pirates on August 02, 2010. They are counting the worst ever days of their lives in the captivity of Somali pirates hoping to get some positive response from their government. Pirates have already reduced their ransom demand to 2 million dollars; but not willing to cut it short further at any cost.

Deadline of May 9 is approaching fast to increase the woes of the families of those kidnapped by Somali pirates since more than two months back.

There is still a $500,000 difference in the required ransom amount of two million dollar; as shipping company is agreed to pay one million dollar and half million dollar has already been promised by an international NGO.


Innocent Laila questioned Rehman Malik that what he would do if his own son would have been kidnapped; but she couldn’t still receive the reply from Rehman baba.

After repeated request to government; now family of Captain Wasi has started fund raising campaign on their own. But it is shameful that government has done nothing in this issue and all the political parties are ignoring this issue.

Time to Rise!!!

I did not want to mention here but to motivate other members; I will donate by tomarrow. I will try to transfer the funds online now if I could. Otherwise, I will go to any nearby Bank Al Habib branch to do the same.

I have been asked to enter complete Bank Al Habib Account Number in this format:

BBBBTTTTBBBBBBRRC
Where:
BBBB is Branch Code
TTTT is Account
BBBBBB is Base Number
RR is Running No.
C is Check Digit

Is there any banker online who can assist me in this regard ? Should I copy and paste this account number: - 1066-0081-009278-01. And is this complete account number with Branch code etc ? The amount will be transfered to the account which I will write even if I write wrong number, amount will be released from my account. So I want to make sure that the account number is correct.

The account number in LI's post is already in this format. It is the complete account number.
