These psychological attacks usually occur during the preparation of CSS. Its our determination whch matterz, so as the case with schedule of the exam as 2 papers are conductd in a day. And to increase stamina of the study we ought to increase it time by time i-e studying a little more than usuall.

this happens but skipping exam is not the solution. Concentrate on your studies and you will be among ce12 successfull candidates inshaALLAH.
Offer prayers 5 times and dont overburden yourself by studying more then 12 hours.

Hey guys come on now.Why is this down and out discussion going on here.Please stop it.The day, when you will step into that examintion hall, will be your day.Those moments will be yourz.At that moment just close your eyes for once imagine the best man you get your inspiration from(MUHAMMAD saaww would be the best man to think of),leave your fears behind you and just bang it.Havent you people heard that when you truly desire something,the whole universe conspires to get that thing to you.

Eating extensively would negatively affect your mind so keep it under control.Moreover when you are not in shape physically your confidence level also goes down.Sleeping extensively also adversely affects your mental capabilities.As taught by our religion,"be moderate" in whatever you are doing in these days.
