I am extremely depressed? drop a reply
I am extremely depressed to feel that i forget everything nowadays.
my memory is not allowing me to hold anything even for an hour. Initially,i read the entire reading stuff then tries to memorize it word by word. But my all efforts find no success . help me how i can keep my memory sharp and active. educate me in this connection.Is my way of studying not right or anything wrong with me . |

with all canduidates.In order to abstain from this thing, you should try to go through things more then twice..!! gud luck!! |

why you are cramming dear, don't cram, just read and leave it,, after reading all the book then revise again,, this will help you to remember.when you will read after long time of-course you will not remember the things but when you will read you will feel that now things are getting in mind, one day cram always forgot but revision method i told you will inshaAllah help you to memorize well

Cramming isn't the solution. Go through the text once, twice, thrice as per your mind's ability to grasp the basic concepts. Even if you feel that you don't remember the stuff right this moment, you'll be able to reproduce it in exam, Insha'Allaah.

take a break, go out with friends it will cheer you up. preferably go to northern areas on a5-7 day trip. when u r back, only then re immerse urself in books.

First thing you are taking it too much serious.
Expecting more from yourself than you actually do, and that is the reason that you are feeling that you are losing the grip and that idea is becoming the reason of your tension. Take a break, do those things which you want to do but not doing from a long time, rest in peace, don't take it overwhelmingly, further more, play some memory games online. Games will help you alot.
