Dear Brothers, I wonder you people having problem for Hostels in Lahore !! As myself was hostilite at Lahore for couple of years. I suggest you people to visit Ferozepur Road and for sure you will find fully furnished and comfortable Hostels in considerable rent.

Dhale pind is the worst place to live in lahore. Kotha pind flates are much much better. Barkat markeet is best suited.

well there are specific areas in lahore where hostles are in cluster and that's why rates get down.You have not mentioned your object of stay( (Fsc,Gradution or entry test prep etc) otherwise i would have been in better position to guide.

Majority of the hostle's exist between Ichra ( ferozpur road) to Naqsha stop ( wahdat road) where you can find hostle up to your demand. single or shared room as you like. Hostles at kotha Pind are also in easy acces but don't go for Tallah (place name) hostle's they are cheap but locality there is not right one to live. Advantage of living at ferozpur-wahdat road is that 24 hours public transport is available and moreover there is no shortage of food. you can have everything you want.
But the bessst solution to this problem is a jointly owned rented house. 8 to 10 people can have a rent home easily in 10,000 and after sharing bills you are at ease. and mostly students living in joint home have hired cook so it's also affordable to have nice food at home . so best of luck to you.

The object of my stay there in Lahore is the preparation of CSS.

Well then hostles at barkat market are good for you as it 's very close to CSS preparatory academies hardly walking distance.

from Railway station, a bus goes to Raiwind, you will have to left that bus at thokat niaz baig. then hire a Rickshaw @ 50-100 rupees to go there. it is situated on canal road. you will have to go from thokar niaz baig to Hanjar wal pully. it is situated near Hanjar wal puli.

I like in Mozang. Mozang is not a better place to live due to noise and distance from basic necessities, but environment of our hostel is best one.

Also hostel is clean, airy and calm... Owner is a good person who rapidly responds to you complaints. More Roof is also available.
