Dear Friends,as mentioned in above title Some Jews and terry jones made a movie which is full of disrespect of our Beloved Prophet HAZRAT MOHAMMAD SALLAH O ALAY WAALEI WASALAM,this movie is still on youtube and PTA did not remove it stuff from youtube.i humble request to all of you to not only condemn but make a strong voice against it on electronic&print media and compel pta to block it.

Actually, it doesn't deserve anything. At lease not the free publicity. The film hadn't been aired in the US at all and no one even knew about it until an Egyptian channel aired a clip. And now, thanks to Muslims worldwide, this film is getting more attention than the maker could have dreamt of.

I strongly Condemn this idiotic movie and I also have reservations on so called Freedom of Expressions.

Ironic that you should say this on the CSS forums where we can openly discuss all aspects of Pakistan and criticize its government and institutions to our heart's content. That, my friend is freedom of expression and if we didn't have it, half the forum members would be in jail right now.

A few days back there was a major debate on Zia here and people blamed him for all kinds of things. Good luck criticising a Saudi king so openly on a Saudi forum...

Freedom of Expressions doesn't mean to violate other's integrity and honour. if I stand on a road and start abusing people passing by and I say them if they turn to anger that "This is freedom and I have my freedom to express anything" come on dear Hassan every thing has a limit.

so why dont you have a debate on holocaust? why these JEWS have passed long arm statute to punish anyone anywhere in the world who talks about holocaust?
Where this freedom of speech n expression gone?
Freedom of speech and expression though a fundamental right but have some limitations n i believe no one should try to cross limits.

Ironic that you are generalizing everything. Freedom of Expression is not absolute; limits and restrictions and even prior restraints are placed to prohibit criminal and hate expression or deliberate provocation or anything that could hurt national interest.... The government could restrict communist speech in the United States, but they can't restrict this, why; are they in a state of war with Muslims. Muhammad (SAW) is not a political leader, he (SAW) is not the government, He (SAW) Is The Reason Of Life For Us Muslims, not matter what our political views.... Ridiculing him like this, you probably don't know how much hurting it is.

Here the main thing is perception. What might look like "crossing the limit" to you may not seem like much to others. American TV shows regularly make fun of Christianity.

No laws against holocaust denial in the US. They do exist in many European countries, but countries like Germany and Austria have the harshest laws relating to this because they were involved in perpetrating the holocaust.

As I said, everyone has different perceptions of what is "too extreme". Americans regularly make fun of their own religion (TV shows, cartoons, comedians).

The government could restrict communist speech in the United States, but they can't restrict this, why; are they in a state of war with Muslims.

For your information, no TV channel aired the video in the US prior to clips being shown by an Egyptian channel. Just like all US channels boycotted the insane pastor who was threatening to burn the Quran.
