Ban on Night Packages
PTA has instructed the mobile companies to eliminate all the night packages , as they are increasing the trend of moral decline in the society.
What are your views regarding this development by PTA ? |

Excellent. Finally, they have made some good decisions like Arms free Karachi, some new roads and such bans. This is the only benefit of NA Elections that the general public is able to have some fruits of departing NA. I appreciate anyway because these packages are nothing but waste of energy and money. But I wish they don`t ban late night internet

First and probably the last ever sensible decision of PPP government.

I am seriously not up with this decision.I view this ban on late night or any other package as a violation of our basic human rights of communication. This is condemnable in the strongest possible terms.

I think rationale behind this ban is good as well as bad. As everybody knows, Many (not all) People were using this facility in a very offensive manner. On the other hand, dark side of this decision is that many needy people who can not even afford call rates have been deprived of this facility. they will surely drop the communication with their kith and kin.

There are positive and negative aspects of each and every thing. I don't consider it a good move. what about those aspirants who don't have internet connections and depend upon these packages for discussion and combine study????
Aj package close keay, kal internet bhi band ker den, end pe tv bhi na rhay. q k ghair akhlaqi use to in sab chizon ka ho rha hai. |

In my opinion, the government shouldn't have anything to do with "morality". Because morality is relative and it should be left to the people to decide. The people are not children that they need a nanny to watch over them all the time. Always resist moral policing. We don't want another Saudi Arabia here.
I just wish they crack down on SMS-marketeers. I get almost a dozen advertisements in my message folder everyday. |
