I have one more question please do reply to make me understand that,
how to give answer means we have to give outlines there or just start writing in paragraphs ... or is there any other way to attempt a question ..

Answering any question in CSS depends upon the nature of the question.

There is no hard and fast rule to follow any particular pattern. In essay paper, you need to write an outline in the beginning of essay. In all other papers, you can just give headings. The only criterion for writing is that you should be focused, updated, informative, organized and free from irrelevant material. If you follow these than whichever pattern (outline, subheadings etc) you wish to adopt you can adopt.
All is that your content should be good and organized.
