Default Third gender legal capacity
I have not found in Islam third gender has given and legal status .If question in Islamiyat or Muslim is asked what would be one`s answer regarding legal capacity of third gender.

No third gender exists in the world. Technically speaking, they are male but behave like females due to some hormone imbalance in their bodies and sometime socio-cultural factors forced them to behave like females, especially in Indo-Pak sub-continent.

Its your presumption .Otherwise ,why the world and human right watch dogs are demanding laws for their protection .Second ,I have said about legal capacity .Can eunuch be a ruler ? This year convention has passed for the giving due rights persons with defective legal capacity .What you say ?

@ sadia shafiq

The human rights groups are always ready for point scoring without knowing the real facts. In this case they dont know the biological and social aspects of the "third" gender. And yes, they have all the capacities of a normal human beings and can be a good rulers. There are examples in history.
