Companies and financial institutions should pay all charges by themselves.Because a fresh candidate has no earning source so it is totally unfair by NTS.

Arain007 FPSC & PPSC charges only 300 to 400 rupees for their each and every test. Complete list of Pass candidates are uploaded on the website.FPSC & PPSC works for the government and are also government sector organization.FPSC and PPSC have full command to take test and recruit for government organization. I would like to say their is no comparison between FPSC,PPSC and NTS. :thinking

I would like to say that NTS is a money minting organization nothing then that.

NTS is a test conducting body like FPSC, PPSC, etc. Have you ever raised your voice against testing fees of FPSC, PPSC, etc? Others announce result after many months. But NTS prepares the result within 2-3 weeks or according to wish of their clients.[/QUOTE]

Okay NTS saves times but it is a benefit to the employer organizations too. Why does NTS not convince those big clients to pay extra for the saved time? Why should the candidates have to pay almost three times more for the screening tests? I think this time saving should be charged to the organizations which can bear this cost more easily than the unemployed candidates can.
The other point I want to make here is that FPSC may be charging these Rs.300 to filter serious candidates just because these commissions are forced to do so. Due to bureaucratic rigidity, these public commissions might be unable to introduce advanced online recruitment systems. On the other side, a semi-autonomous organization like NTS can introduce such a system with little bureaucratic opposition and in this way can facilitate all stakeholders including unemployed candidates.

Let me tell you one thing more Punjab public service and Federal public service is using the same system. The paper is check by the computer.

One thing which public service should tell each candidate about their performance i me marks should be uploaded for each candidate. :thinking

How NTS can convince their clients to pay them more? Candidates should raise their voice and try to convince employer organizations to pay more for screening test, so that NTS will reduce the fee.

Organizations feel at ease by transferring their burden to NTS. It becomes headache of NTS to screen out required number of candidates out of thousands within a short time. NTS is always ready to conduct test on short notice. But public service commissions progress with slow speed.

The Rs300 charges are for filtring serious people because if the do not charge it such candidates may apply who are not serious.

BROTHER it's not only with jobs recently, i saw an add for students scholorship program in that a testing service (not NTS) asked 750 rupee for conducting the scholorship test. they do not think that if someone is applying for scholorship he must have some problems to continue his studies and that is why he is applying for.
