Can somebody hold two offices like being a senator and a member of national assembly at the same time esp: in Pakistan and India?

how about maula bux chandio who is a senator as well as a federal minister?
you can check out i saw an interview of him on geo tv capital talk.

Dear your question was that whether someone can be senator as well as MNA at the same time .
The answer to it is , NO.
One has to be a senator or member of National assembly . Can not hold both of these.
While , Maula Bux Chandio is Senator and Federal Minister and not a member National Assembly (MNA)
