Mein ney karachi sey rawalpindi migration kar lee hai aur mujhey new CNIC key liye apply karna hai

But problem ye hai key rawalpindi mein NADRA offices ka kehna hai key aap karachi jao CNIC banwaney, lekin karachi mein NADRA offices sey merey friend ney information lee hai woh keh rahey key aap pakistan mein kisi bhi city sey new CNIC banwa saktey hou because NADRA database is centralized

Please any employee of NADRA or any one having previous experience in this matter share the information.

Asalam O Alikum,
Nadar is data based organization in pakistan, ur friend told u right but u need NOC from karachi and you also need ur karachi address originat CNIC when u show in Rawalpindi branch they will eazly make ur new Adress CNIC its not a big problem.
