Smile Powers associated with CSPs

Fifteen years ago, Alpha Bravo Charlie motivated hundreds of thousands young boys to join Pakistan Army. Good to see that 'Zindagi Gulzar Hai' has also done the same, but this time the subject was CSS

I would like to say one thing. There's no doubt the government gives a lot of benefits to CSPs. These include power and resources as well. But this power is provided to aid them in performing their duties with ease and to break the barriers at their assigned duties, and NOT because the government allows anyone to exercise these powers socially. This is the main concept why a CSP gets so much benefits.

I am really sad to know that majority of my friends and other people too have opted for Police and DMG as their first choice in 2013, mine was Foreign Services however. They heard of my first priority and laughed at me, because there is no power in Foreign Services. Its strange how people have made up their mind about power. This is the reason why most of power hungry poor or socially deprived people every year try hard for CSS, and for those struggling one to three years of preparation and tests, they are considered to be the most religious people. But then over a period of time after their selection, when an ordinary citizen does not receive justice, employment, equality, democratic rights, we blame Pakistan!

Please, think about it once!
Where do these good 'one time' religious people go after getting into positions having visible powers?
