To be among top 20 in CSS, this destination takes approximately 2 years, so in case of your friend at that time that girl will be married where she is engaged. So its better to do css for yourself and this country instead dreaming to spoil her relations.

If Your friend is ce-2014 aspirant then after 9 or 10 months is CE-2014 exams, then in september/october/november 2014 written result, then interview and psychological test will take approximately 3-4 months, so in mid of 2015 he will get allocation.

Or us se bari baat aap ne ki or wo ye k aap ne aisa sawal post kiya he or comments invite kiye hein.

CSS koe Banagli baba ka jadoo wala taweez nahi he k idher se DMG mila or udher se mehboob ap k kadmo me.

Agar wo engaged couple apas me khush hein or ek doosry se pyar kerty hein then I believe, DMG to kya aap ke Pakistan me 1st postition bhe aa jae to,that doesn't mean anything to them.

Or afsos he mujhy un friends pe, jo comments kerty hein k"engagements are made to be broken" Or wo aisee soch ko encourage kerty hein. Hats off to their thinking! Relations are not so matarialistic and elastic as they change according to your group in CSS.

Or apne dost se kaho doosro k rishto ke izat karo or un k haq me acha socho,or Allah tumhary haq me behter kary ga!!
Or agar ap k dost ke CSS b aisee planning ka hisa he to:
Allah fermata he"tum b planning karo or Me b planning kerta hoo, or yaqeenen Me sb se behtreen Planner hoo".

Brother do work hard to top in css. My prayers are with you. But keep in mind CSS is about loving and serving humanity. Agar wo girl apki qismat main hai to apko zaror mily ge. Agar na mily tou samajh lena kisi aur ko apki sakht zarort thee tou Allah ny apko uski qismat main likh diya.

Are you sure it's your "friend's" story? :P

If she herself is not accepting then why to break her engagement?? If your friend do top and get DMG or PSP then no one 'll regect him.. Give respect to her relation and dont think to break her engagement because zabardasti keye gay rishtay ziyada dair nahi chaltay...
