Ruthless onslaught policy.
@All members
I need your precious comments on my following post; this is very urgent as it concerns my career. This is my DMC of CE-2012 and this was my last attempt: Roll no 05644, Merit no.605, Domicile Sindh(Rural) Essay.......................................44 Composition...............................56 GK1 (Everyday Science)...............63 GK2 (Current Affairs).... ...............35 GK3 (Pakistan Affairs)...................47 Islamiat......................................68 Accounts:Paper-1........................80 Paper-2......................................73 Mercantile Law.............................60 Journalism...................................68 IR..............................................28 Sindhi.........................................50 Marks in Written...........................644 Marks in Viva Voce........................139 Total Marks..................................783 IR subject has been victim of the so-called and undeclared onslaught policy of the FPSC and this policy has ruined careers of many including me. This policy has not only ruined careers of many aspirants but has also deprived the country of many competent people who could not serve their country due to this policy. In 2010, many optional subjects were badly hit. These included Muslim history, Indo-Pak history, Journalism, Accounting etc. These results also destroyed careers of many but nobody raised voice against this injustice. The same subjects, which are discouraged in a particular year, are encouraged in other years. Take, for example, results of CE-2009 and 2010. Muslim history scored to the extent of even 195 in CE-2009 but it was limited to 80 score in CE-2010. Those, who opted this subject in 2010, saw their career ruined by this ruthless policy. It makes sense if a numerical subject fetches 195 marks but how can a theoretical subject like Muslim history give 195 marks? I am a member of ICMAP and I, who has scored 153 in Accounting in CE-2012, scored only 79 in Accounting in CE-2010 despite excellent performance; I was expecting around 150. This time IR and sociology, so far as I know, have been badly hit while all other subjects have been encouraged. I want to ask why uniform policy is not adopted by the FPSC? Why does it encourage some subjects while discourage other subject? This time IR has ruined my career and has shattered my all dreams; if I replaced IR with any other subject and that subject fetched me 50 or 60 marks, I would climb up by at least 400 points in the merit order and would fall within a good group. Those who have been victim of this policy can better understand my feelings. I want to go against and challenge in court this policy. In this regard, I want your feedback if this policy can be challenged? I will go to every level to reverse this policy if this case is sustainable. Please give your feedback and frank comments. I also request those aspirants and qualified members who have been victim of this policy to join me in this effort. Even if we do not get benefit of our effort, the coming generations will definitely reap benefits our effort. Best Regards. |

So far as i know, a candidate has scored 55 in this subject but majority of the candidates who opted this subject have failed. Aijaz ali ardari who stands at merit no.69 is also fail in this subject.
