UPS problem. UPS problem.

Default UPS problem.
I have a UPS and an AGS 175 battery. I bought it in March 2012. The problem is that now it is not picking up load. A single fan can run for more than 2-3 hours at slow speed but whenever an other fan or light is turned on, the other fan slows down much and after some time the UPS starts beeping... And when I turn the 2nd fan off, the UPS remains normal even for more 2-3 hours... I`m not sure where is the problem.... Please Help
